Mouni Is A Pure Vegetarian, And Avoids Eating Fish, Mutton Or Chicken. Her Main Sources Of Protein Are Lentils And Green Leafy Vegetables. She Also 

Dietary Habits

For Mouni, The Name Of The Game Is Portion Control. She Keeps A Very Strict Eye On The Quantity Of Food That She Consumes.

Portion Control

She Starts Her Day With A Glass Of Warm Water, With Some Home-ground Turmeric Powder Mixed In It. This Will Be Followed By A Glass Of Water With Some Cinnamon Mixed Into It. 

Starting The Day

She Usually Has Her Breakfast After Her Yoga Sessions And Morning Rituals. Her Breakfast Will Usually Consist Of A Bowl Of POHA,Some Bean Sprouts, And A Fruit Of Any Kind.

Breakfast: 7:30-8:00 Am

She will go for a cup of coffee 15-25 minutes after her breakfast. She used to drink three cups of coffee a day, but now she just drinks one, with some hazelnut syrup.

For Lunch, It will Mostly Comprise Of A Bowl Of Rice, With Something Fried, A Lot Of Vegetables, Some Form Of Lentills, And Some Curd.

Lunch: 12:30-1:00 Pm

About 2 Hours After Her Lunch, She Will Have A Bowl Of Fruits, And Some Sort Of A Fruit Or Vegetable Smoothie.

Afternoon Meal: 3:00 Pm

Mouni Doesn't Exactly Go For Tea. Instead, She Will Have Some 'chaas' Or Buttermilk, And Two Fistfuls Of Dry Fruits Which Have Been Soaked Overnight.

Afternoon Tea: 4:30 Pm

Mouni's evening snack will be a homemade bhel puri, also known as 'jhaalmoori' with  controlled amount of chutneys and spices.

Evening Snacks: 6:00-6:30 Pm

For Dinner, Mouni Will Usually Have Something Light But Filling, Like 'khichdi.' Or Else, When She Is Hungry, It Will Be A Repeat Of What She Had For Lunch.

Dinner: 8:30-9:00 Pm

About 15-20 Minutes After Her Dinner, Mouni Will Have Some Sort Of A Sweet, That Is Again Made At Home. She Will Substitute Sugar With Low Caloric Items As Much As She Can.

Dessert: 9:30 Pm

Mouni enjoys fries with Peri Peri spices. Instead of relying on fast food restaurants, she will have her cook prepare the fries for her.
